Tercero Flagship Project
Tercero Lithium is a mining exploration company with a goal to become a leading lithium carbonate supplier for the burgeoning lithium battery industry by focusing on resource exploration and deploying a low-risk approach to development.
Milestones Achieved & Notable Competitive Advantages
- Completed 43-101 Technical Report
- Obtained exclusive water rights for 500 gallons per minute
- No royalties
- Tested brine at surface level with excellent assay results (production could commence from surface)
- Soil sediment enriched with an average of 200 parts per million (“ppm”)
- Proposed plant is ideally situated in close vicinity to Interstate 80 (“i-80”)
- Located within 10 miles of a railway
- A reasonable network of graded and paved roads connects the claim area to I-80
- Country road runs alongside of the claims
- Existing three-phase electric power is within 2 miles
- 5.5 hour drive to Tesla Gigafactory
- Obtained drill permit and road use permit from state of Utah

- Tercero has secured lithium claims on 11,500 acres (18 sq. miles) in Pilot Valley

Surface Level Test Results
- Tercero hand augured 10 holes to depths of 6 feet across the claim area. Brine was sampled using PVC tube method and tested with ALS Labs.
- Experts and Tercero believe higher grades will be located at deeper aquifers.
Accessibility & Infrastructure
The infrastructure necessary for powering operations and facilitating transportation is highly developed, providing reliable access to essential utilities such as electricity and water. The region benefits from existing road networks, making transportation of equipment and materials efficient and cost-effective.
