Gary Claytens
CEO and Director
Mr. Claytens has been a Director and Officer for numerous oil & gas and mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX over the past 20 years. Some notable companies include Vanstar Mining Resources,Mount Dakota Energy Corp. and Vantex Resources Ltd. After completing undergraduate studies in Geology and a Bachelors degree in Economics from UBC, Mr. Claytens spent several years as a stockbroker before holding various roles with 15 public companies.
Paul Lalli
VP - Business Development
Mr. Lalli has been in the Real Estate Investment business for over 30 years all due to his personal relationships. Paul has owned many small businesses including a bowling alley, pharmacy, liquor store, and pubs. Paul later diversified his portfolio into mixed-use buildings, apartment buildings, and commercial holdings both in Canada and the United States of America. Mr. Lalli has had the honour and privilege of serving his community of Squamish as a city councillor for 10 years and Chair of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District.
Andy Jagpal
COO and Director
Mr. Jagpal has been a Director and Officer for multiple junior mining private and public companies over the past decade. Mr. Jagpal ran several profitable domestic and international private enterprises after graduating from UBC with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Jagpal has advised multiple companies focused on direct investment, public listings, M&A, and venture capital over the past 20 years.
